CH Watch monitors public Companies House data and provides alerts about filings, status changes, officers, PSCs, charges, and insolvency events. We are not affiliated with Companies House and our service is not official.

3. User Accounts

To use CH Watch, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payment

CH Watch offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Our right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge. After the trial, your chosen plan will begin unless cancelled.

6. Data Usage and Privacy

We process public Companies House data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your use of this data must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data from our platform

8. Service Availability

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused time.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
